That IS something to be thankful for. I wish I could say the same.
I have got to get back to working out... Taking care of little Renzo have been very tiring yet still very rewarding... Just need some extra energy. =)
That is awesome! I love the runners' high I used to get (until I sadly injured my knee), but I know exactly what you mean :)
Take some pleasure by making things, Voila secret! :)
..if you like it - that is perfect ..I like it as well just sometimes lazyness takes me : ) I don't like gyms but I love running , so I run at least 3 times a week ..
ohhhhh...... I'm feeling the need to start working out at some point. :0 That's great you like it! :)
I wish I actually liked to work out.. ha ha. :D It's great to be thankful for enjoying your workouts. My hubby is like that. :) Hope you are having a magical week Julia. I've been using the word magical a lot these days. hee hee.xx Love & Aloha
Yes, I'd agree if you are enjoy something that you do "whatever it is", the process in between is much fruitful then the outcome. ^^Ah, where you will be for the vacation??
I'm thankful for everything in my life: especially me being healthy and alive:)xxCyliaaaa.blogspot.com
Mee too!I like to switch things up and started doing aqua aerobics and LOVE it.
Well you are a rare breed indeed Julia. I absolutely detest working out. But I am thankful to have a metabolism that gives me the option :)
I wish I felt the same way... I like the way it makes me feel after a good workout, but during... that's a whole other story. Lucky you!
Yay, you too! Working out is so much fun, and good for you! I'm thankful to find like-minded people on this fabulous blog!
I wish I could say that I am thankful that I enjoy working out! Instead why don't I just say that I'm thankful for the fact that I'm healthy enough to do it - even on the day that I really don't want to! Have a Bessed weekend.
uh yeah! The key to exercise is finding a routine that works for you. I don't live to workout but I have a stride going with it and I got 5 days a week and it's my solace. It makes everything in my life better when I'm working out- stress, mentally, physically... the list goes on and on.
I appreciate you taking the time to connect and share your thoughts, so thank you for your comment! And while you're at it... Why not tell me what you're thankful for today? ;-)
